An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join a leading client based in the DE24 area of Derby
This is a temporary opportunity requiring someone who can start immediately.
**Duties**:
Raising orders, arranging transport of goods, and booking in returned parts ready for issuing internally.
Managing multiple suppliers order books and daily communication to expedite critical parts into the business in line with customer requirements.
Key Skills:
Well-organized individual that is confident working within a faced paced environment
To develop strong relationships with internal and external customers to continually improve the quality of service provided by the department.
Good teamwork skills, able to communicate and interact with other departments
High level of accuracy in input work and keen eye for detail
Driven and proactive approach to problem solving.
Working hours: Mon - Thur 8.00- 16.45 & Fri 8.00-12.30.
