**Main duties**
- Ensure a strong and dependable relationship is created with all on-site clients.
- To provide a VIP hosting service
- Responsible for working in a safe manner at all times and in line with any SOP's and QHSE folder
- Develop effective relationships with external customers
- Fully understand and comply with client strategy, policies and procedures
- Flexibility in working hours, including evening working
- Provide a VIP Concierge Service, including “Meet and Greet” and Reception duties
- Develop effective working relationships with external customers and client personnel at all levels of the Organisation.
- Manage Visits Diary
- Respond to Customer requests, eg. change in travel arrangements etc.
- Co-ordinate Guest Wi-Fi
- To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues.
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times.
- To respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- To communicate in a clear, polite and friendly way to all customers.
- To communicate in a clear, polite and friendly way to staff in all departments - security, reception, cleaning and maintenance.
- To keep up to date with all administration duties and paperwork.
- To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customers requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- To acquire a good knowledge of all on site services to be able to advise individual customers in line with the needs.
- To attend all relevant training sessions and meetings
- To respond to all Events requests promptly.
- Carry out any other reasonable request, asked for by your line manager or senior

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- A world class customer service ethic, consistent in delivery and insist of high standards of yourself and your colleagues
- The ability to adapt quickly as it is a fast paced environment
- Great communicator both in written and oral
- Comfortable with technology
- Presentation skills
- Front of house experience is an essential - confident, friendly and professional at all times
- Experience working within a 5* facility.
- Impeccable presentation
- Proven commercial awareness
- Flexible approach to working hours

**Desirable**:

- Experience within a Customer Services / Corporate environment.
- Basic Technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment
- Previous experience as an event and/or conference coordinator
