We are looking for a Project Co-ordination to join the commercial team. You will be looking after billing, and administration on a well-established project. Day to day you will be co-ordinating job packs from the initial uploading phase on to the internal system, to programming stages, all the way through to the billing process, billing job packs using SAP and Microsoft Excel to collate job details ready to send to the client & manage general admin of the overall project tracker, billing queries and SAP to manage the status of each invoice

**Responsibilities**
- Support the commercial and operational team with the day-to-day running of the project
- Monitor daily project progress updating trackers and databases at various stages of the work
- Liaise with various people within the company to resolve any billing queries
- Build a strong working relationship with the client to ensure invoicing and billing is managed efficiently
- Processing billing using excel and SAP

**Skills & Experience**
- Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel specifically
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and methodical work ethic
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Confident communicator with a good telephone manner, with experience of dealing with multiple parties, both internal and external.
- Good decision-making skills, with the ability to recognise and escalate issues and seek assistance where necessary
- To be effective working on own initiative, with an ability to manage your own time efficiently
- Ability to work to deadlines and able to work under pressure to deliver on multiple fronts with the capability to adapt to changing priorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project i.e., systems and practices and look for new and efficient ways of working.
