At an exciting time of planned growth for Flint Bishop, and with the recent key hire of our Chief Operating Officer, we are now seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer with a range of administrative tasks and project support, to be based at our Derby head office at Pride Park.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer with the coordination of meetings, producing meeting packs/reports, taking meeting notes and co-ordinating actions arising from each meeting. Meetings will include direct report monthly team meetings, quarterly team half days, monthly management meetings, multiple weekly project meetings and quarterly supplier meetings.
- Provide support to set up project meetings, co-ordinate actions and produce progress reports/updates on projects
- Provide admin support to the Chief Operating Officer with corporate governance (BCP/Supplier management/non financial KPI data etc)
- Provide admin support to Marketing, HR, Recruitment, IT and Compliance when and as needed (ad hoc)

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
You will:

- Be organised, process driven and analytical with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions.
- Be highly self-motivated and comfortable with regular deadlines.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise the workload.
- Be hard-working and a good team player.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
