Working for an award-winning owner-managed business in the heart of Stoke on Trent. This well-established business are charitable, community focussed and pride themselves on giving back to the local area.

As the **Personal Assistant** you will have full diary management across both their business and personal commitments, working as a trusted confident, and deputising as your Executives ambassador. In this role you will exude professional authority and be confident managing all levels of stakeholders.

You will act as your Executive’s key ally, trusted adviser, and first line of defence.

**What we need from you?**
- You know a lot of your success depends on the strong network of connections you build both internally and externally.
- You are adept at reducing your Executive’s cognitive load.
- You have ironclad discretion. Whether it’s news about an upcoming acquisition, HR matters, financial reports, personal matters, or trade secrets, your Executive trusts you with all sensitive information.
- You will work closely with your Executive, their direct reports, the wider organisation, your company’s clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- You are respected by all stakeholders who know you talk on behalf of your Executive.
- You intrinsically understand your company and your competitors.
- You will support your Executive to navigate the emotional pulse of the organisation, keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
- You are a key sounding board for your Executive, helping them work through their thoughts and ideas whilst offering your own insight.
- You will ensure your Executive always go into a meeting or conversation fully prepared.
- You will often represent your Executive in meetings and are seen as their proxy.
- You are hyper-organised with strong time management, managing your Executive’s diary with consummate skill.
- You will be keen to network with potential client and key stakeholder contacts.
- You are a self-starter who is fully invested in the partnership with your Executive.
- You know how to improve, what skills to learn, and what opportunities to grasp, without needing a lot of direction.
- You will seek out feedback to ensure you are always increasing your personal effectiveness.
