Supply Chain Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator who is looking to develop their skills whilst working alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for the on-time delivery of all customer orders across all locations worldwide for our Business Unit Tooling. This will involve supervision and coordination of the entire order flow process from the entry of sales orders up to delivery to the customer. This role will report into the UK Customer Relationship manager and Head Office.

**Hours**: 38 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 7.00 - 15.30 and Fri 7.00 - 13.00
**Salary**: £22,000 - £26,000 p.a. (dependant on experience and skills) plus overtime.

Due to the continued expansion of our business we have recently moved to larger premises in Derby. We are close to the A50, A52, M1 and M42 and within a short commute time from Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. There are shops and facilities close by. There is free on-site parking for all our employees
**Supply Chain Co-ordinator**
**Key Tasks**:
- Responsible for the on time delivery of all customer orders across all locations worldwide for our Business Unit Tooling
- To supervise and coordinate the entire order flow process from the entry of sales orders up to delivery to the customer incl. Invoicing (end-to-end)
- Constant monitoring of the order status and guide corrective actions ensuring the customer's delivery date is achieved
- Daily updating of information in our SAP system
- Ensuring there is a smooth flow of information between all stakeholders
- Daily use and monitoring of the company ticket system
- Participation and initiation of continuous Improvement projects
- Reporting of KPI statistics and escalation issues to the customer on a weekly basis;
- Any other associated duties assigned by the management team.
- Supply Chain Co-ordinator Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and communicate with a range of internal and external customers at all levels within the business and act effectively with tact and diplomacy at all times.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise documents of work.
- Self-disciplined with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Passion and willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
**Desirable**:
- Valid driving licence and passport.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to use an ERP system is desirable but not essential.
