Supply Chain Coordinator

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working in partnership with an established food manufacturing business in Derbyshire which are recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator. The ideal candiadte is competent within Excel and has experience in a Supply Chain role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to maintain a smooth supply chain process from raw material procurement through to product distribution.
* Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory to meet production needs while minimising waste and costs.
* Work closely with production and planning teams to develop and adjust schedules, meeting demand forecasts and responding to changes.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues across the supply chain, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
* Prepare reports and performance metrics to assess supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
On Offer
* a salary up to £32,000 DOE.
* Monday to Friday - 40 hours p/w - On Site
* 33 days AL.
