Order Management Co-ordinator

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
The Order Management Co-ordinator is fundamental to the success of the Order Entry team and is responsible for directly supporting customers and entering orders for the STERIS Healthcare business. This role’s purpose is to support STERIS’s vision in creating a healthier and safer world by processing various different order types and going above and beyond to meet our Customer’s expectations.
**Duties**:
Answering incoming enquiries from Customer and other internal teams about orders that have already been processed.
Processing various types of customer orders into the ERP system ensuring accurate entry of information and pricing.
Managing and responding to customer complaints and queries.
Updating the CRM system with any customer contact or discussions.
Contacting customers to provide pro-active updates if orders are not available to be dispatched.
**Required Experience**:
Experience in a customer service environment
Preferable with exposure to CRM systems (Oracle, Siebel or similar) with a focus on providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
