- Co-ordinate and manage new business enquiries
- Support administrative duties of the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Maintain and organise departmental records
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the development of client relationships
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Contribute to team efforts and organisational goals

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful New Business Co-Ordinator should have:

- Strong background in administration.
- Excellent organisation and an ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software including Excel
