**Culture & Engagement Officer - Belfast - NI Water**

Your focus will be to provide support to management in the delivery of a range of people projects. **Duties will include**:

- Lead key cultural strategies, in particular diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and listening strategy.
- Support design and delivery of Learning & Engagement projects and initiatives by providing project management across a range of people strategies e.g. management development programme, learning and development projects, health and wellbeing strategy, corporate values roll out.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial scoping to design, consultation, planning implementation, review and impact measurement working in partnership with multiple stakeholders throughout to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design impactful and engaging company wide communications, campaigns and events to support Learning & Engagement activities.
- Collect and analyse data to inform decisions at every stage of the project lifecycle

**Criteria**:

- A third level qualification in a relevant area AND be able to demonstrate two years’ relevant experience in

co-ordinating the delivery of People, Change, Organisational Development and/or Learning & Developmentprojects
- OR
- Three years’ relevant experience in co-ordinating the delivery of People, Change, Organisational Development

and/or Learning & Development projects
- Experience of workshop facilitation and presentation delivery
- As this post requires you to travel on official duty throughout Northern Ireland, you must have a full, current driving license or access to a reliable means of transport
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
