Foster relationships with cultural leads, manage supplier relationships, and support employee champion groups to drive engagement initiatives across business units, earning trust as a reliable advocate for employee voices.
- Support the delivery of employee engagement data, integrating sentiment, cultural metrics, and lifecycle data to inform People Plans and foster continuous improvement in SSE's culture and operations.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership and collaborative teamwork within and across a diverse range of stakeholder groups, fostering engagement outcomes that align with business unit stakeholders' needs and ensuring cohesion of strategies and messaging across HR and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers, guiding them through processes like recognition, employee listening and volunteering, managing inboxes to promptly address colleague inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholder groups as needed.
