Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Principal Consultant to lead business improvement consulting engagements for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of client relationships and have the opportunity to shape not only your own role but also the future direction of OutForm.

About the Role
  • Lead business development activities and generate a successful pipeline
  • Effectively manage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders, with strong technical project/programme management skills
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK regulated water sector, its policies, regulations, and challenges
  • Knowledge of technical areas such as water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management
  • Background in continuous improvement using industry/business-recognised toolkits
  • Ability to shape and implement complex business changes, and lead client engagements and manage client relationships
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and influencing skills, with high levels of empathy
  • Highly commercial and interested in contributing to business development activity
  • Passion for developing your leadership style, leveraging your own strengths, and personal values
