**Role**:
We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks.
**Duties**:
- Collect and open post
- Update our internal system regularly (Shopify / Wix)
- Provide accurate and confidential secretarial support to our team in the preparation of documents for legalisation
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Occasionally travel to and from the Legalisation Office to submit and collect documents
**Requirements and skills**:
- As the nature of the business is time-sensitive, we are looking for punctuality and reliability
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Basic computer skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
