Details:
- Perform clerical tasks such as client and supplier invoicing, accounts reconciliation, data entry.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist with van fleet management and organising travel
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero or Salesforce software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including excel and outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
