We are looking for an Administration Assistant in our Tilbrook site (MK7 8BN).

The position holder will provide hands on support for the IFF Finance Administration team with processing supplier invoices in a timely manner and ensure all queries are resolved promptly, enabling suppliers to be paid in accordance with the relevant payment terms. A Finance Administration Assistant will support improvement activities for the current department account processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage allocated supplier accounts to ensure that invoices are processed promptly to enable payments to be made on time
- Provide cover to other colleagues as and when required
- Respond to all internal and supplier queries in a timely manner, update query records with a high level of accuracy

- Ensure continuous improvement to administration processes and systems and implement authorisation procedures
- Strong 3-way communication between operations, commercial and finance management and staff

Qualifications and requirements:

- Experience within Finance Administration
- Knowledge & Experience of Coda, Forward Office, Cargowise Forwarding Systems.
- Excel Skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
