GB Maintenance is a growing multi-trade maintenance company carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, serving clients across London, Surrey and M25 surrounding areas. Our office is based in Morden.

**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Planning the engineers work schedules
- Updating both our job management system and the clients portals with updates and ETAs
- Booking jobs direct with tenants/property owners
- Ensuring that we meet the clients SLAs/KPIs

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Office experience working for service provider
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience within services company, coordinating an engineering workforce.
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi task.
- Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year dependant on experience
