We are Transport Company based in Morden.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised office administrator/telephonist to join our growing business.

What does the role involve?

Assisting Transport Manager with day-to-day duties in line with company policies and procedures Liaising with all sites to keep the company running compliant to latest legislations Compliance management and ensuring all databases are kept up to date. Monitor and chase all documentation in support of the transport operation Undertake administrative filing / archiving record keeping duties to meet needs of the Transport Department Answering and responding to incoming/outcoming calls Assist the Transport Manager with the maintenance and management of the Transport Management System

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 10AM to 4PM

Term time only

A high level of attention to detail, a strong team player and time management skills Good written and verbal English An ability to work under pressure Excellent communications skills A good level of literacy, numeracy and administrative skills are key Strong IT skills in Microsoft programs including Excel. Previous Administration experience is ideal A good level of literacy, numeracy and administrative skills are key Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision Ability to work under pressure

Applicants must be over the age of 18

**Salary**: £11.31-£12.00 per hour
