Due to continued success, and growing business demands, we are currently recruiting for a Signal Works Controller role.

**Location**: Morden & Golders Green Depots (Northern Line)

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time

**Shift Schedule**: As required by the relevant contract you have been engaged to provide services for Cleshar. On call only to cover if signal staff have unplanned absences, annual leave, or training. Working 8 hour shifts, 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday but these could be altered for operational reasons. (24 hours per week)

**Purpose of the Role**:
Inspection & Maintenance/repair of the Tiefenbach signalling assets and other signal assets within the Golders Green & Morden Depots (Northern Line)

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Depot Works Controller (Signals) you will be required to:

- Supervise & carry out on site signalling inspections, maintenance & repairs as per the OM, LU signalling standards & procedures.
- Report & request operational signalling spares.
- Provide a summary report on faults & failures.
- Risk assess faults.
- Develop & manage an inspection schedule.
- Support maintenance activities.
- To be available for on call to fill in when others are unavailable

**Technical Competency Skills required**
- IRSE Licensed (E)
- WSI (E)
- Depot Induction (E)
- IWA (E)
- I.T literate in Excel, Word & Outlook (E)

**Qualifications and Certifications**
- Set, up commissioning & maintenance of a Tiefenbach installation type TMC-RaStw (E)
- Tiefenbach point machine & axle counter installation, testing & maintenance A/B/J & I (E)
- Signal works testing (E)
- Signal fault investigation (E)
- IRSE Licenced with logbook (E)

**Desirable Requirements (Minimum)**
- Minimum of three years’ experience in LUL/Network Rail (signalling inspection, maintenance, and renewal
