**About The Role**

As a member of our Customer Success Specialist, you will assist in delivering exemplary customer service to ensure that the expectations of Assets for Life students are exceeded.

You’ll manage contacts, proactively monitor customer commitments and appointments, and ensure all confirmed purchase orders are analysed to verify correct completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed customer service and performance goals.
- Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Attend occasional events to assist customers, helping to educate and provide value through having a thorough understanding of our product range.

Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
