They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team and handle a variety of customer cases that require resolution.

This is a hybrid role , offering flexibility with one day a week in the office (either at the Daventry or Dunton location) What You ll Be Doing: Case Resolution: Handle a wide range of customer cases, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Customer Interaction: Provide support to customers in Norwegian and English , ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Problem-Solving: Tackle various customer service challenges, from technical issues to product inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
Reporting & Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer cases and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
What You ll Bring: Fluency in Norwegian: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact center or automotive environment.
Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both Norwegian and English .
Problem-Solving & Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple cases at once and find solutions to customer issues.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Hybrid Flexibility: Willingness to come to the office one day per week (flexible on the day) at either Daventry or Dunton location.
Given the nature of the role candidates must have excellent command of Norwegian and English (both written and oral).
