As a Customer Experience Specialist at Cardsdirect, you will be part of a small team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by maintaining a tidy stock room and merchandising stock according to company guidelines.
  • Operate a till accurately and assist with deliveries, storage, and stock preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and respond promptly to customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
