Job Summary

We're looking for two Customer Experience Trainers with a genuine interest in emotional intelligence to join our team. As part of our transformation change programme, you'll help us bring to life our brand, values, and customer-centric behavioural culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside senior leaders and wider training teams to research, design, maintain, and deliver memorable learning experiences that build competency and demonstrate high-quality service.">
  • Coach and support individuals and teams through training and beyond, helping us achieve our National Leader vision and regulatory targets.">
  • Travel across our estate and partner organisations, delivering training sessions and meeting with stakeholders.">

Salary

">

£31,640 - £39,550 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.

You'll be able to work flexibly and have a flexible approach as you will be delivering across our estate and in partner organisations each week.

Estimated salary: £38,433 per annum.
