Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction & Service Excellence: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and offer expert guidance on services and solutions as a Service Specialist.
* Service Coordination & Communication: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service processes in the role of Service Specialist.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, process service paperwork, and handle transactions with precision as a Service Specialist.
* Quality & Follow-Up: Monitor service quality standards and follow up to ensure client satisfaction in your role as Service Specialist.
* Sales & Retention: Recommend additional services and products to enhance customer experience and encourage loyalty as a Service Specialist.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in Customer Service: Preferably in a Service Advisor role within a premium or luxury automotive sector, making you an excellent fit for the Service Specialist position.
* Customer-Centric: Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients as a Service Specialist.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in multitasking and upholding compliance with all required standards in your role as Service Specialist.
* Knowledge of products, services, and warranty procedures to excel as a Service Specialist.
* Initiative-taking & Solution-Focused: Confident in resolving issues effectively while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction in the role of Service Specialist.
