**About us**:
**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support, implementing and maintaining comprehensive and effective administrative information systems.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Handle and direct phone calls.
- Organize meetings and diary management.
- Make travel and accommodation bookings.
- Type correspondence, presentations.
- Collate papers and reports for meetings.
- Filing and archiving (both paper and electronic), photocopying.
- Raise purchase orders and approve invoices.
- Input data into spreadsheets, databases and other business systems.
- Stakeholder: Teams band C and below.

**Supervisory/Interpersonal
- Experience Required**:

- Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to BTEC / NVQ 3 or relevant experience
- Valid UK Driving Licence
