**About The Role**:
**Role -** Support Administrator, People Services
- **Type - **Permanent & FTC
- **Location - **Warwick (Hybrid)**National Gas Transmission (NGT) has an exciting and important role in net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK.** We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today.We are seeking 2 x Support Administrators to join our People Services team, to provide initial support and guidance to our employees when accessing People Services.You will be conducting administrative activities and tasks throughout the Employee Lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on creating an excellent employee experience, whilst also handling administrative activity for our other People functions.We have 1 x Permanent and 1 x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) available, and this is a Hybrid role between Home and our Head Office in Warwick.-
**About You**:

- Experience of administrative duties that require attention to detail and a customer service driven approach, ideally in an HR or Shared Services environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with software packages
- Excellent communication skills: able to listen, understand and determine customer needs in order to provide appropriate guidance and solutions
- Experience of managing confidential data appropriately and data privacy awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute within a team, and also independently
- Possess curiosity and a desire to solve problems within an environment of shifting priorities, requiring resilience
