As a Business Support Assistant, your most important role is driving, shaping, organising our branches administrative tasks. A vital member of the team, the role will primarily be to ensure our back-end processes allow the brand to function. You will report directly to the directors of the company and support our General Managers

You’ll also be expected to know our companies’ products, suppliers and policies inside out and be able to communicate and build strong relationships with those you interact with.

The role requires flexible working to meet our business working patterns and our locations across London and the surrounding area. Your flexibility to travel and be on site to help build the teams is important.

Because the role encompasses a range of industries we work across, your daily tasks will adapt depending on what your what is required. The main duties include:

- Handling administrative requests and queries from the directors and management
- Organising and scheduling the directors’ diaries
- Planning meetings with key stakeholders and taking detailed minutes, following up actions to ensure they are completed.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for all records needed
- Update records, policies and procedures in line with relevant legislations
- Data entry, analysis and presenting of key information for business reporting and improvement
- Support in recruitment, training and development of staff as required
- Support our Social Media Interaction and Engagement
- Travel across our branches to support business needs

Salary - £25k to £27k depending on experience, bonus incentive
