**Company and role overview**

**Main responsibilities**
- Authorise & arrange collections, maintain logs and monitor collections that are in progress.
- Liaising with customers regarding their delivery or collection progress and provide PODs where necessary. (E-mail/Phone)
- To investigate any reported delivery discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Process credits, warranty claims and debits through our system (JDE) ensuring transparency throughout.
- Review the exemption report daily to monitor all Parcel Force deliveries and collections.
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding stock reconciliation and consignment transfers.
- Preparing and submitting mandatory documents for customs clearance for imports and arrange delivery booking into our warehouse.
- Set up new model codes on the system.
- Maintain the company’s Caspak file to ensure correct booking and delivery procedures are adhered to.
- Process intercompany purchase orders, goods in file and mods file.
- Compile detailed and accurate month-end divisional reports.
- Collaborative working with multiple stakeholders’ interdepartmental colleagues, customers, third party suppliers, warehouse team etc.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience in office admin or customer service type roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable with communicating via different methods.
- Good understanding of MS Office and G Suite, particularly excel and word
- Experience with stock, PO or invoice reconciliation and JD Edwards or similar system is highly desirable.
