Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our company’s logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire order cycle, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Day to Day of the role:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth process flow.

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and transport companies.

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Solve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.

Experience in customer service will be appreciated.

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).

Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
