For over 20 years, our client has been the leader in infrared saunas and they are offering an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s logistics operations run smoothly, coordinating and communicating with supply chain partners and vendors.

About the role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Administrator based in London and there is a salary on offer of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum and there is flexibility for remote work. In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing key aspects of the Company’s operations
  • Dispatch processes
  • Coordinating with customers and vendors
  • Overseeing shipment schedules.

You will also be responsible for providing excellent customers service related to logistics, handling any customer inquiries or concerns and working closely with both Head of Operations and Customer Care.

About you
To be successful for the role of Logistics Administrator, you must have / be:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Logistics experience is a plus
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • An understanding of inventory management systems
  • Experience with logistics software platforms (i.e Oracle) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paces small team
