I am looking for a office/Logistic Administrator to join our amazing team in our studio in South Bermondsey.

This role would suit an established Operations or Logistics professional or someone looking to move into the field. They will have strong administrative skills and a positive can-do approach to work.

Their primary responsibilities are to organise and coordinate resources for onsite works to be completed successfully. To enable this, they will obtain information from project managers and other members of the logistics team before issuing documentation to our clients. Ahead of works, they will communicate with our clients’ operational teams and send them daily progress updates. They will enjoy problem solving and be committed to always representing the company professionally.

As a member of an established Logistics team, they will attend planning meetings to understand a jobs requirement and advise on operational best practices. Alongside their Logistics responsibilities, they will support the office team with day-to-day office tasks.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
