This luxury Interior Design studio is looking for an extremely organised Administrator to join their logistics team. Working with the Logistics Coordinator and project leaders, you will assist with the programmes for shipping and installations of projects.Arrange deliveries and ensure all items purchased are delivered safely and on time for sign-offs and installation. It’s an exciting role, integral to the delivery of all projects.

Key duties
- Work with the Logistics Coordinator regarding programming for shipping / installation
- Organising logistics of all components to suppliers / warehouse
- Monitoring transport costs per project to keep expenses reasonable
- Approving transport invoices for payment
- Monitoring warehouse capacity and storage charges
- Controlling / checking storage invoice costs and allocations to projects
- Organising and coordinating item sign-off at the warehouse
- Booking and monitoring packing/crating, preparing shipping documents (crating lists and shipping invoices)
- Liaising with suppliers and shippers to meet customs documentation requirements
- Liaising with client representatives with regard to shipments
- Organising deliveries of items to site to meet the installation programme
- Monitoring and recording receipt of proof of export
- Ensuring items are adequately insured in transit
- Preparing insurance claims for items damaged in transit & storage
- Assist in recording movements of stock and updating stock information
- Assist the admin team when cover is needed, e.g. receiving deliveries to the studio, moving samples out of the studio, booking DHL sample shipments, answering mainline telephones in their absence, etc
- Provide administrative support to the F&F and architectural teams as necessary

This role will be studio based, 5 days a week.
