**Profile**:
**Responsibilities**:
To oversee & facilitate all UK editorial, VIP and influencer sample requests across all categories. To support PR Director and Head of Men’s PR, Digital, Print, VIP & Events in coordination of all PR events and in implementing the UK press strategy. To work closely with press contacts to ensure qualitative and quantity coverage.

**Sample & Showroom Duties**:

- Manage all UK editorial requests and liase with international offices to facilitate these requests.
- Oversee sample tracking and maintenance of Fashion GPS showroom system
- Coordinate the organization of the PR showroom and stockroom and manage stocktakes.
- Oversee all UK VIP requests by liaising with Paris VIP teams and conduct VIP fittings
- Work with Head of Men’s PR, Digital, Print, VIP & Events to pitch for Dior articles and product placement
- Work with Head of Men’s PR, Digital, Print, VIP & Events to identify and outreach to influencers
- Oversee seasonal gifting process from identifying list, ordering product, managing distribution

**Editorial Duties**:

- Oversee the compilation of editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintenance of editorial archives
- Send out celebrity press releases
- Manage contact databases
- Work closely with the team to manage the PR budget, including sample orders and processing invoices
- Oversee interns and PR assistants in general administrative tasks and day-to-day running of the office

**Events**:

- Work with the PR Director & Men’s PR, Digital, Print, VIP & Events to organise seasonal press days, events and fashion shows including guest lists, transportation needs etc.
- Coordinate celebrity fittings and liaise with Paris VIP team to secure wardrobe options
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and play an active role at shows and press days.

- Manage PR Assistants and interns including recruitment for these roles

**Experience Required**:

- 3 years PR experience, within the luxury goods market.
- Sound knowledge of current PR activities in the UK
- Grounded administration and office management experience.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communicator.
- Demonstration of own initiative.
- Smart appearance that represents the image of the Company
- Appreciation for the luxury goods market
- Fluent spoken knowledge of another language. (Desirable)
