ROLE

As the PR Coordinator, you will be part of the London Press Office working alongside the PR Manager, Press Officer and PR Assistant. The role will focus on womenswear & menswear RTW and accessories.

Fixed Term Contract, 1 year.

MISSION

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sample trafficking and coordinating samples for editorial UK & India requests to achieve print, digital & social media coverage in all media partner & target outlets across the Region.

• Proactively work with the collections to generate placements of products, with a focus on seasonal pushes.

• Managing clippings and overseeing internal reporting for the EMEA market in close collaboration with local assistants.

• Interact regularly with target outlets to build relationships and deliver coverage.

• Work closely with assistant ensuring full training and support.

•Monitoring VIP placements and seeding, responsible for researching and organising the archive of celebrity images

• Manage samples through Fashion GPS including uploading new collections and archiving.

• Research media outlets, print and digital, following industry trends and movements to keep the brand on target and relevant within the market. 

• Manage contact database for the region

• Oversee credit and image requests

• Support the team where needed for shows and events

• Coordinating VIP loans and fittings in collaboration with the VIP HQ team

• Update HQ & EMEA teams (corporate and retail) on relevant communications activity

• Initiate and coordinate influencer gifting efforts in partnership with HQ team

• Fashion GPS experience required
