Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr .

How will you contribute?
Work across departments to manage seasonal samples and liaise with our regional press offices with local and international send outs and sample returns. Manage all sample shipments and international labels for the Men's department.Responsible for caring for all Men's RTW & Accessories samples and presenting a consistent knowledge of each collection and the samples available within each season.Responsible for managing Fashion GPS to ensure all samples are logged correctly and kept up to date.Assist the Senior Press Officer, MRTW and Accessories in coordinating all PR related events, including press days, runway shows and campaigns across the Menswear category.Build relationships and liaise with internal teams, such as VIP, design studio, merchandising and production, to manage sample workflow between departments.Work with the Communications Assistant to ensure all coverage for the category is saved correctly, and ensure all credits are distributed successfully to relevant contacts upon request.Respond to Men's press credit requests for the UK market detailing look descriptions, fabric compositions and price information.Update the editorial tracker daily to monitor all UK Menswear press send outs and forthcoming media credits.Manage the day to day running of the press office, ensuring stationary and send out supplies are replenished. Ad-hoc duties required depending on the daily needs of the team.

Required Skills:
You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours Degree in a related discipline (PR / Communications / Journalism / Fashion)Previous work experience in a fast-paced and agile PR departmentProactive with a high level of attention to detailExcellent communications skillsStrong organisation skillsTeam player with a can-do attitude
