Position Overview

We are looking for a recent graduate to join Neuberger Berman as a Trainee for a 12-month internship. This role is integral to the Global RFP team, where you will assist in managing requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires, contributing to our efforts in acquiring and retaining client assets. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a vibrant and collaborative international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and finalize RFPs, due diligence, and inquiries from client coverage channels across EMEA and other international regions.
  • Assist team members in adhering to deadlines while following the structured RFP process.
  • Support the RFP Business Manager and the team with organizational projects related to the RFP database, management reporting, or process automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing or client service within an asset management context is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A foundational understanding of financial markets and a genuine interest in investment management.

Full-time availability for a 12-month duration is required.
