This full-time, permanent position presents a remarkable opportunity to assist a vibrant HR team across multiple functions, including graduate and lateral recruitment, as well as general HR support.


Graduate Recruitment & Onboarding:
Address graduate recruitment inquiries and aid in recruitment initiatives such as law fairs, campus events, and assessment days.
Manage pre-employment screening, Right To Work verifications, and visa processing.
Supervise the onboarding procedure for new trainees, encompassing HR systems setup, payroll, and orientation.
Provide pastoral care and conduct regular check-ins with trainee groups.

Lateral Recruitment:
Draft job descriptions and coordinate hiring processes with recruitment agencies.
Organize interview scheduling and maintain the recruitment database.

General HR Support:
Compile management reports and assist with compensation modeling.
Keep personnel files updated and support senior HR team members with employee relations matters.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal HR or professional services setting is required.
A strong academic background and familiarity with graduate recruitment cycles are essential.
