About the Role:

5th House PR is on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to enhance our Beauty and Lifestyle team. The perfect candidate will possess over two years of professional PR experience, ideally with exposure to innovative startups. This position demands flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in client communications, overseeing daily account operations.
  • Engage in weekly client discussions and face-to-face meetings with senior management.
  • Compose and present pitches to secure brand features, product placements, and founder interviews.
  • Execute media outreach and organize timely interviews, product send-outs, and image requests.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports for clients, with support from the Account Director as necessary.
  • Handle client inquiries and evaluate media opportunities.
  • Build and nurture a network of media contacts, including editors and influencers.
  • Stay informed about new technologies, market trends, affiliate platforms, and social media developments.
  • Monitor industry news and provide relevant insights to the team.
  • Contribute to the agency's editorial contact database.
  • Manage influencer seeding for client accounts in accordance with delivery timelines.
  • Assist the Account Director with all events, including creative production ideas, client deliveries, and guest lists.
  • Maintain integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interactions with clients and team members.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative team culture with both clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit professionalism and respect at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of post-graduate PR experience.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work from our London office on a hybrid schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £30,000-£40,000, commensurate with experience.
