**Role**: Account Executive -Media Relations

**Location**:Hybrid work structure (remote working and working from the office when required)

**Reporting to**: Account Director

**Salary**:£ 25,000- £ 28,000 per annum

Your responsibilities will broadly include the following:

- ** Research**: Harnessing both qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources for insight
- **Strategy**: Supporting senior colleagues in developing strategy
- **Planning**: Creating quarterly plans aligned with the client’s strategic aims
- **Delivery**: Working across Curzon’s services, including
- Strategy, Branding, Capacity Building, Crisis Communications, Investor Relations, Leadership Profiling, Media Relations, Content Marketing, Event Management and Digital
- **Measurement**: Monitoring and measurement of campaign performance
- **Evaluation**: Creating quarterly reviews, end-of-project reports and annual reports
- **Account Management**: Diary management, Meeting coordination and administration and client liaison
- **Support colleagues** to ensure the smooth running of the consultancy as and when the need arises and provide cross-functional support such as business development

**Key Performance Indicators** include the following:

- Copy produced that requires little or no editing and proofreading by senior colleagues
- Trackers updated on a daily basis
- Delivering tasks on time
- Meeting L&D goals
- Client contact in accordance with processes

**What do we need?**
- An independent learner and self-motivated
- An excellent communicator with a high level of English language proficiency
- Interested in the global media landscape and global affairs across politics and business
- Highly organised and adept at project management
- Capable of multitasking with great attention to detail
- Keen to develop your career in the PR industry and value professionalism
- A graduate with a degree in Marketing/Communications/English/Politics
- Curious

**You have the requisite experience in the following**:

- Working at a PR agency for 1- 2 years
- Media relations for the UK media
- Working with corporate or government clients across a range of sectors
- Copywriting and developing reports to a professional standard
- Using media database software such as Roxhill
- Using other software, including Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Harvest, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office
