A Global Corporation are seeking an Office Manager to join their Sheffield based tax department. You will oversee the smooth running of the office as well as dealing with administration processes within the teams to ensure high levels of customer service.The ideal applicant will have established themselves in a similar position as well as having good management skills.

We are open minded on office experience, whether this be from Financial Services, Accountancy or any other particular field. We are looking for someone that is good at managing a team as well as prioritising their own workload/diary.

Some Key Duties Include:

- Oversee process management for Tax Incentives & Reliefs
- Work with the central finance team to ensure credit control function is fulfilled and timely manner.
- Maintaining financial information and production, auditing and validation of financial reporting
- Oversight and management of admin function for Tax Incentives & Reliefs

Salary up to £35,000 plus benefits (7.5% bonus, pension, private medical etc).

This will be predominantly an office-based role at the Sheffield office, with one day working from home per week if sought. This is a unique role which will lead to a longer-term career as they promote upwards within.
