**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment duties include - Assisting with assessment centres, arranging interviews, liaising with external recruitment agencies
- Data Reporting duties include managing Time and Attendance system, recording department KPI’s, analysing training data.
- Preparing and maintaining Human Resources Polices and contract of employments
- Assisting Human Resources team with payroll processing
- Supporting the Human Resources Team with Employee Relations cases
- General administration duties
**Qualifications**:
- GCSE Maths and English
- A-Level or level 3 qualification is preferred, ideally in business or IT
- You'll need to be ambitious and want to learn new things
- You’ll have to be organised and good at managing your time
- Flexibility is important, your tasks could come from anywhere in the team
- Great at communicating in different ways
- Previous knowledge of microsoft office packages
