**Human Resources Student Placement**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Empower Employee Excellence**:Manage time and attendance systems, enabling our UK locations to thrive. Your daily transactions, report analysis, and employee support will drive productivity.
- **Promote Health and Well-being**: Coordinate occupational health clinics and health campaigns, providing valuable policy advice on absence queries.
- **Fuel Our Talent Engine**:Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless journey for new team members.
- **Nurture the Next Generation**:Facilitate work-experience, trainee placements, and apprentice programs, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Craft a Connected Community**:Prepare engaging employee communications, from newsletters to campaigns, keeping our workforce informed and inspired.
- **Make a Difference**:Contribute to our community support initiatives with local schools, colleges, universities, and charitable organizations, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential requirements**:
Currently achieving a 2:1 in a business-related area of study, preferably in an HR discipline
- Able to take a full 12-month placement as part of your degree- Adaptable to changes in work requirements and comfortable prioritising work to competing deadlines
- Experienced user of Microsoft office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Comfortable in manipulating, analysing, and presenting data
- **The following would be desirable but not essential**:
An understanding of the role of the Human Resources Department, from any kind of work experience
- Any experience of working in a clerical environment
- Knowledge or experience of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Experience of creating impactful social media, or internal communications materials
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- **Value for Customers**: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
- **Innovation**: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
- **Drive & Execution**: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
