Temporary Recruitment Administrator

The company is a leading hospitality company, supporting sporting and live events across the UK and abroad.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Taleo
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software for managing employee data
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £15.38-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
