This will be working on a hybrid model and will be temporary initially for the next few months.

**Client Details**

A multi-academy trust located in Central London. The position offers working from home 3 days per week.

**Description**

The successful Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:

- First point of contact for all recruitment enquiries and managing the mailbox
- Coordinating the recruitment process and posting job adverts
- Scheduling interviews and ensuring consistent communication with applicants
- Administering pre-employment checks and the onboarding process
- Recruitment and HR project work.

**Profile**

The successful Recruitment Administrator must have:

- Recruitment / resourcing experience is essential
- Strong administrative experience and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working within education would be desirable.
