Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
