**Daniel Owen is now looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Facilities Management team in our office based in London.**
Daniel Owen have been awarded "Top 100 companies to work for in the UK" and are now looking to welcome a Recruitment Administrator to our highly successful Facilities Management Division following on from our growth after 2 record breaking years.

**Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator**:
- Aiding an experienced Senior Manager
- Raising orders and managing Trades & Labour client requirements
- Advertising roles
- Maintaining our internal and client database
- Liaise and manage requirements with third party suppliers
- Pre-site induction planning
- Manage the internal and client timesheet portals
- Processing weekly timesheets for workers
- Helping fill urgent Trades & Labour vacancies for clients
We are looking for a highly professional hard worker with a depth and breadth of administration and phone-based experience who is a self-starter and can work on their own initiative.
