Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a professional and organised SME located in West Bromwich, who are seeking a temporary to permanent administrator to start immediately, the role will be fully office based. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 2:30pm.
Duties and Tasks will include;
- Provide support to Sales and Commercial team to co-ordinate and complete customer quotes on company’s IT QC system
- Cloning quotes on QC for repeat orders, price checking with the Sales and Commercial team
- Manage Customer requirements as requested by the Sales & Commercial team
- Liaise with transport to facilitate job scheduling.
- Booking in won and repeat jobs on the transport diary along with all correspondence received from the customer
- Managing weekly, monthly, yearly schedules/collection and delivery dates with customers and setting up on transport diary
- Liaise with the Sales, Transport and Operations team regarding any customers queries including sales invoices
- Liaising with technical team to see requirements for planned jobs & communicate with customers to ensure all tech requirements are met.
- Liaise with drivers regarding transport queries
- Someone with a least 2 years office administrative experience, sales order processing, customer liaison and invoicing experience.
- A can-do-attitude, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task to complete administrative tasks.
- Use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook is essential, although training will be given.
- Experience of working in a busy office is also desirable.
