Baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are recruiting a Governance Administrator to cover a temporary post in West Bromwich.

Starting asap, the role is available part-time or full-time. The Governance Administrator role will take responsibility for paperwork pertaining to Board appraisals, governance action places, stakeholder management and Board minutes.

Previous experience in a similar role is required as is the ability to work from West Bromwich in the office.

The Governance Administrator will be expected to:

- Reporting to the Company Secretary, providing administrative support as required
- Preparing paperwork for Board appraisals
- Aiding governance action plans
- Communicating well with stakeholders of all levels to ensure actions are undertaken
- Stepping in to assist with Board Minutes and Board Papers as required
- Providing general PA support

The below is essential to secure the Governance Administrator position:

- Previous experience in a similar post
- Actionable experience supporting stakeholders including executives
