Our client is a rapidly growing video content provider. As a leading user-generated video platform, their scalable service allows corporates of every size to capture and edit truly authentic, personal, and trusted user generated content to boost engagement, attraction, and communications. To meet their expectations for growth, they currently have an exciting opening in London for a driven VP of Sales.

**As VP of Sales, you will**:

- Lead the current sales team (5)
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Target the mid to enterprise sectors
- Manage the team through KPI development, 1-2-1s and regular sales coaching
- Work closely with senior management on developing and implementing best practice and improvements
- Set and achieve ambitious goals
- Analyse and report on competitors, activities, and forecasting
- Grow and inspire the team through knowledge transfer
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships

**The ideal VP of Sales will possess the following skills, traits, and experience**:

- Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales within a SaaS company
- Sales team management (5-10 reports)
- SaaS / tech experience
- An adaptable management style
- Inspirational coach / mentor to professionals at varying levels
- SME to Enterprise experience
- Outstanding communication and organisation skills
- An entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills, a can-do attitude and demonstrable business acumen

**The successful Sales Leader can expect**:

- A base salary circa 100k
- First-year achievable OTE of 150k
