We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to join our team.As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our sales department from scratch. This role involves building robust sales processes, hiring and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisitions. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will work closely with the leadership team to execute our growth strategy and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Requirements

-5-10+ years of proven experience as a Vice President of Sales in the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building, managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.

-Demonstrated expertise in selling software solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Ideally in the Sales Engagement, CRM, Project Management, Lead Intelligence or similar space.

-Experience in the full sales cycle including pipelining and prioritization, negotiations, contract drafting, etc.

-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

-Ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships to generate new business opportunities

-Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Proven sales track record.

-Ability to become key leader in the company

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate mid-market and enterprise segments, focusing on high-ticket annual deals

-Build and lead a sales department

-Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success

-Optimize the sales process, continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue targets
