**THE ROLE**:

- Inpay is recruiting a VP Sales to join its Sales team. In this role, you are expected to have the drive and tenacity to manage the end-to-end sales process of our overall suite of products globally within the iGaming industry. Within the Commercial team, our goal is to keep our clients happy and helping them get as much value from Inpay as possible. To achieve this, you will be expected to work well with a variety of teams including Sales, Product Management, Merchant Operations, IT Development, Treasury and Risk.
- The position will be based in our offices in London.

**Your primary tasks will be**:

- Deliver new business sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Driving top line revenue within these accounts once they are live.
- Manage the full life cycle of new merchants doing everything from identifying, qualifying, analysing, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Generate prospect meetings via trade shows, association participation, conferences, warm leads from CSM’s, and creativity through established relationships in the payments industry.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department in managing leads and feeding back activity results.
- Gathering high level requirements to provide a solution selling model to clients.
- Demonstrating financial, efficiency and brand value of the solutions in technical and non technical communication to a wide variety of stakeholders in the buying decision (CEO, CFO, CTO, CISO, Director of payments etc).
- Close collaboration with product owners to identify strategic partnership opportunities underpinned with rigorous business cases, strategic rationale, and financial analyses.
- Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact to stakeholders.
- Building strong interpersonal relationships across the business, product and cross-functional teams to help deliver results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value of partnerships.
- Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA’s & MSA’s, Contracts etc.
- Representing Inpay at trade shows such as ICE, EIG and SBC events.

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years’ experience in the Payments or iGaming industry.
- Proven experience of working in the iGaming industry with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges; strong analytical and excellent communications skills, verbal/presentation skills, writing skills, and attention to detail.
- Confident and highly effective influencer with a hands-on, pragmatic way of working.
- Comfortable with handling a high work-load and multi-tasking.
- University education - Undergraduate degree preferred but not essential.
